Browser takes long time to start / load all webpage’s

We may have come across a scenario where Browser takes long time to start / load all webpage’s

Reasons for the issue:

1. BHO entries
2. Corrupted cache
3. Multiple security software
4. Infection

Steps to fix the issue:

1. Start I.E in safe-mode / disable all I.E add-ons to check
2. Start Firefox in safe mode or delete the extension. cache or added /s at the end to target under the Mozilla shortcut properties
3. Run full system scan with latest virus definitions to check for infections
4. Check for 3^rd party security application
